This Privacy Policy explains how Homeschool Glue, based in Minnesota, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit homeschoolglue.com, subscribe to our email list, purchase a product, or interact with our content. By using our site or services, you agree to the practices described below.
Information We Collect
We collect information in a few different ways.
Information you provide directly. This includes your name and email address when you subscribe to our newsletter, Notes From My Homeschool Table, or download a free resource. It also includes your name, email, shipping information, and payment details when you make a purchase through our store. If you interact with our DM automation through Instagram, we may also collect information you share through that conversation.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, some information may be collected automatically through cookies, including your browser type, general location, and how you interact with our pages. We do not currently use paid advertising or tracking pixels, but we may in the future, and this policy will be updated if that changes.
Information from our membership platform. If you join the membership, we collect the information necessary to create and manage your membership account through Membership.io, including your name, email, and payment information handled through that platform.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to deliver the products and resources you purchase, send our weekly newsletter and any related email sequences, respond to questions and provide customer support, manage your membership access if you are a Glue-Print member, and improve our website and offerings over time.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Tools We Use to Process Your Information
We work with a small number of trusted third party platforms to run our business. These include:
Flodesk, which manages our email list and newsletter delivery.
Shopify, which processes purchases and payment information for our digital products.
Membership.io, which manages access and payment for the Glue-Print Method membership.
ManyChat, which manages automated Instagram direct message responses when you comment specific keywords on our posts.
Each of these platforms has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your information, and we encourage you to review them if you would like more detail.
Cookies
Our website may use cookies to help it function properly and to understand general visitor activity. We do not currently display a cookie consent notice on our site. If you would prefer not to have cookies collected, you can adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies, though this may affect how parts of our site function.
