Ahhhh! It's always so fun to launch something new! After feeling like I've been battling just to do the basics to stay alive - you know eating, staying awake so I can be a mom to my children - that kind of thing - because I was in my first trimester which always does a number on my body, I'm excited I had a few weeks to finally work on something that's been on my heart to create since I formed the idea of my Homeschool Glue business! We used morning menus last school year and we absolutely LOVED them but there were some changes I wanted to make and tons of ideas I had to add to basically make them "morning menus on steroids." Enter . . . our Homeschool Morning Menus!
But, hold your horses! I'm getting ahead of myself! You may be wondering "what in the world is a morning menu?" That's a great question! A morning menu is basically some pages in some kind of dry-erase contraption (menu covers, a binder with page protectors, or dry-erase sleeves) that are usually used during morning time in a preschool, elementary school, or homeschool to guide calendar work, learning about the weather, talking about the seasons, and that sort of thing. There are different styles and types out there, but I really wanted something absolutely beautiful, fun to look at, easy to use, and functional for all ages.
When I decided to create my Morning Menu, I wanted it to have the basic functions pretty much all morning menus have, but then I wanted to adapt it for multiple ages and include lots of other sheets for many different age ranges to use to make it functional for practicing skills that may be different for each child.
So, for example, there are two different versions of the monthly calendar. One version has traceable numbers for younger children who are still learning the days of the week, how a calendar works, and how to write their numbers. Older children can use the blank calendar where they have to find the correct day of the week and write the number in on their own. I included a couple different pages where children will practice their calendar skills. Younger children will circle the day of the week, the month, the date, and the year. Older children will write the date in the expanded form and the abbreviated form.
The entire bundle includes 77 pages total, with 13 gorgeous covers, 24 monthly calendar pages for 2024-2025 (August-July), and then 40 additional pages to mix and match to fit the needs of each child! The youngest children can use the pages such as the ABC sounds, counting, shapes, colors, color mixing, writing their letters, and writing their numbers. Younger elementary students can practice writing the days of the week in print, the months in print, learn their basic addition facts, and learn to tell time. Older students can practice writing the days and months in cursive, practice their cursive letters, and learn their multiplication facts. All ages can practice copy work with three different line versions to match different writing levels. There's something for everyone!
There are 13 beautiful watercolor cover options to choose from - some with gorgeous images that relate to what a child might be interested in and then some with a beautiful school-themed background and different color labels so each child can have their favorite color! The watercolor images and beautiful colors can be found throughout the entire bundle from the calendar pages and beyond!
We are incredibly excited for other families to use these in their home to bring the whole family together and to let the learning begin! I recommend printing these with "best" printer settings enabled so that it prints as clearly and vividly as possible and to print on cardstock so they hold up more to long-term use. I plan to make updated versions and to also sell just the monthly calendar portion separately in the future for upcoming years so you can still use the additonal pages but can use current calendars for that school year. I hope you enjoyed learning about our Homeschool Morning Menus!

This has really simplified my morning with my daughter! And I know this will be great consistent practice she needs to grow in her understanding of the calendar and basics. Thank you for this beautiful layout and the idea of menus.
